Where noblemen fear to tred, this wood is littered with bandits and theives, more commonly known as the Band of Merrymen who follow the lead of Robin Hood. They lurk within the shadows and wait for those of rich decent to arrive, before robbing them of their wealth to help feed the poor who live in Nottingham and in the area surrounding. There are only a few people who can wander through her safely, and they would be women, whom the men refuse to touch.
